Hello, i have this keyboard but CTRL, WIN and ALT keys out put as mouse right-click, can you help me out here

I have an ATMPC Android tablet and I figured these directions might work but it pops up that Android logo except mine doesn't have the caution sign. It stays on that screen. It doesn't do anything else after reaching that screen. Touch screen is completely unresponsive. I also noticed that the back button is the only one showing up on the navigation at the bottom. The home and recent apps buttons are missing. I got this for my son for Christmas and it's worked fine until today.

Anyone else have an issue where the diagonal inputs won't register during gameplay? Was so stoked it connected but can't throw hadouken 😢...
